The Lagos Divisional FA League kicked off for Honour FC at the NPA Ground at Surulere Lagos with a 2 goal defeat to Talent Hunt FC.
Two fist half goals gave Talent Hunt FC the win.
Head coach, Daniel Ibezim praised his boys for their effort to keep fighting to the end. He assured that they will get a result in their next match.
He noted that the team’s attack needs to be worked on to ensure they go back to winning ways.
The Lagos Divisional FA League is a grassroots league meant to discover talents and give a career pathway to footballers on the grassroots.
Daniel commended the organising committee for their steadfastness and resilience in making sure the League holds yearly. He said that the League will help to discover many stars for the future in Lagos State and Nigeria at large.
